XP rules

Everything on this page is enough to recompute any address's XP from public chain data. If a number here and a number anywhere else ever disagree, the recomputation from the chain wins.

How XP is earned

XP comes from two places. Onchain actions earn automatically for every wallet, worldwide, with no sign-up: the events below are read from the official KeyStore contracts and scored by the table below. Separately, Altana allocates XP by hand for things it verifies itself, such as hackathon prizes and partner campaign quests; every such grant is recorded in a public ledger file in this site's repository, and its history is the audit log.

Prices only ever change going forward. An action is worth what the table said at the moment it happened, never less, because XP already earned is permanent.

Official contracts

XP is derived only from events emitted by these contracts. Any other contract or token using the Altana XP name is not ours.

XP totals aggregate across every chain Altana supports. Events are verifiable in the Keystore Explorer or any public block explorer.

Terms

  1. XP has no monetary value. It cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything.
  2. XP is not a token and not a promise of one. Holding XP creates no entitlement to any token, airdrop, revenue, or other financial reward from Altana, now or in the future.
  3. XP is allocated at Altana's sole discretion under the rules published on this page. Rules and prices can change; changes apply going forward only and never reduce XP already earned.
  4. Altana may withhold or revoke XP obtained through fraud, automation, or coordinated manipulation. Revocations are recorded in the same public ledger as grants.
  5. One person may use several wallets, and XP is counted per address today. Altana may later offer or require verification to link or validate XP across wallets; unverified wallets may be weighted differently if that day comes. Earn accordingly.
  6. Anyone can recompute any address's XP from public chain data and this page. In a dispute, that recomputation is the record that governs.
